The findings of this study could be valuable to business leaders as it helps identify effective strategies that leaders can adopt when implementing big data analytics to streamline their business and stimulate organizational growth while reducing costs. Business leaders recognize the value of big data but require guidance to develop a cultural strategy that prioritizes data-driven decision-making (Ahmed et al., 2017).
