The Impact of Technology on the US Energy Market

Hoskin would visit nearly a dozen different Canadian homes, moving about Ontario and Quebec before arriving in the "more cultured, more civilised" Vancouver. He became a Canadian citizen and continued to create books, each one more absurd than the last. Rampa allegedly flew as an air ambulance pilot in World War II, evaded capture and torture, and fled a prison camp near Hiroshima on the day the bomb was dropped. In Vancouver, Hoskin stayed in a West End hotel. According to his secretary's self-published memoir, he liked the waterfront vistas but found Vancouver difficult to navigate. He couldn't recreate The Third Eye's success; it had been difficult to find a home that could accommodate his cats, and health difficulties required the use of a wheelchair in an inhospitable metropolis. Hoskin became more reclusive as his writings expanded to include aliens, prophecies about future conflicts, and previously unreported escapades of Christ. Hoskin moved again, this ti...

Strategies for Business Growth in the American Market

The second assumption was that the participants possessed a strong understanding of their organization, including its mission, vision, and goals. I assumed that all participants would be available for the interviews and contribute to the research's quality through their answers. The fourth assumption was that the participants were completely truthful in their answer and made an effort to eliminate any potential biases when providing their responses. RestrictionsLimitations refer to the various conditions, constraints, factors, and boundaries that researchers must take into account (Yin, 2018). One drawback of this study was the small sample size, consisting of only two organizations and a minimum of four IT leaders. As a result, the findings may not be easily applicable to a larger population.

The importance of the study

Limitations refer to factors and conditions that are outside the researcher's control (Yin, 2017). Due to the nature of the research being a multiple case study, it is important to note that the strategies for implementing big data analytics may not be universally applicable to all telecommunication organizations. Additionally, the research study's findings were constrained by the IT leaders' familiarity and expertise in implementing big data analytical strategies within their respective organizations. Thirdly, the organization had a restricted
The supporting documentation was sufficient to validate the data collection process. It would have been helpful to gather sufficient and up-to-date documentation to ensure the research's validity. Delimitations refer to the boundaries established by a researcher to define the scope of a study (Babbie, 2015). Delimitations refer to the aspects of a research study that the researcher has the ability to control. Initially, the study was narrowed down to just two cities: Seattle and New York, with a specific emphasis on the telecommunications industry. Additionally, interviews were conducted with at least four IT leaders. All participants in this study had a minimum of 5 years or more of experience. Additionally, I imposed limitations on two companies that have a gross profit exceeding 1 billion United States dollars.

Contribution to Business Practice

The study findings could potentially enhance business practices by pinpointing strategies that may aid business leaders in the successful implementation of big data analytics within organizations. An interesting result of this study was to investigate if the implementation of successful data analytics led to market insights that effectively improved processes and reduced costs. From a leader's perspective, the importance of big data analytics is in its ability to offer valuable information and knowledge prior to making a business decision (Elgendy & Elragal, 2016). With the help of big data analytics, organizational leaders can now make informed decisions by leveraging the vast amount of data at their disposal. This abundance of data presents them with unparalleled opportunities for success (Comuzzi & Patel, 2016). Grover et al. (2018) highlighted that effectively implementing big data can lead to valuable business insights that can revolutionize various aspects of a company. These include driving innovation in products and services, enhancing business processes, improving organizational performance, and building a strong brand image and reputation. The findings of this study could be valuable to business leaders as it helps identify effective strategies that leaders can adopt when implementing big data analytics to streamline their business and stimulate organizational growth while reducing costs. Business leaders recognize the value of big data but require guidance to develop a cultural strategy that prioritizes data-driven decision-making (Ahmed et al., 2017). Researchers have the ability to gather information from various sources and utilize different data types to pinpoint effective strategies for implementing big data analytics. In a broader sense, this study leads to Additionally, the study focused on the strategies employed by IT leaders to effectively implement big data analytics. The participants were specifically chosen based on their experience and responsibility for project implementation after approval from the organizational board.

Implications for Social Change

The potential for positive social change is immense, with the possibility of new job opportunities, higher wages, and a more collaborative working environment for employees. Increasing wages and benefits can have a positive impact on the quality of life for workers and their families. When businesses succeed, their employees may receive improved compensation for their work. Further implications of the study for promoting positive social change involve the possibility of enhancing the long-term viability of businesses. This, in turn, could result in more employment opportunities, higher revenues, and potentially lower rates of unemployment, thus fostering economic growth within communities. Enhancing organizational performance through the utilization of big data analytics has the potential to result in higher employee wages, increased revenue, and improved financial performance for the organization (Grover et al., 2018). An increase in revenue has the potential to attract a larger pool of investors and enhance stakeholders' trust in the organization An Analysis of the Professional and Academic Literature. Business leaders who embrace data-driven decision-making and leverage big data analytics can establish and maintain a competitive edge. Consequently, leaders within organizations who recognize and appreciate their employees are more likely to witness a boost in employee engagement and overall job contentment (Khalili, 2017).

How AI is Transforming the US Hospitality Industry

Amazon's recent acquisition of Kiva Systems, now known as Amazon Robotics, demonstrates their effective use of robotics in logistics. According to the Wall Street Journal, the online retailer's $775 million acquisition of Kive Systems helped it prepare for the busy holiday season.  According to sources, the Seattle-based online retailer has installed squat, orange-wheeled robots in warehouses across the United States. These robots bring stocked shelves to workers, eliminating the need for employees to search through long goods aisles.  Amazon replaced four levels of fixed shelves with robots at its 1.2-million-square-foot warehouse in Tracy, Calif., roughly 60 miles east of San Francisco, this summer, according to sources. The facility's pickers now wait for robots to transport Four-foot-by-six-foot shelving units, saving them up to 20 miles of walking through the warehouse per day. Innovative Approaches to Business Conduction in the USA

Several organizational leaders adopted Six Sigma in their companies following its impressive achievements at General Electric (Mouaky et al., 2018). Six Sigma is a cutting-edge and flexible methodology utilized to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes (Sony & Naik, 2019). Although DMAIC and DMADV have their own unique methodologies, there is some overlap when it comes to their application. Process and share the same objective of enhancing business processes (Sony & Naik, 2019). The DMAIC and DMADV methodologies rely heavily on...
